Frequently asked questions

Does access renew automatically?

No, never. You pay once and access ends by itself at the deadline. No card is stored for future charges.

What if my exam date is after the pass ends?

Enter your exam date: access is guaranteed until that date + 7 days, even if that is longer than the nominal pass duration.

How does the "pass or get refunded" guarantee work?

If you score 36/40 or more on at least 3 practice exams in the 14 days before your exam and still fail, we refund your pass on simple proof.

What is the difference between the 90-day Pass and the Naturalisation Pack?

Both last 90 days and cover all levels (CSP, CR, NAT). The Naturalisation Pack adds interview preparation: 360 questions with sample answers.
